Co-Founder and President- Bishop Frank Tull
Bishop Frank Tull has been in full-time ministry since 2006. He has been happily married since 2002 to his wife Selena Tull. They love children as is evidenced by the fact they have 6 children together and have served as licensed foster parents to 11 children in their home.
Bishop Frank Tull serves as the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Manna Church North Texas. Frank was born in Brooklyn, New York, and grew up in Dallas, Texas where he currently lives. Frank attended New Mexico State University on a football scholarship, earning a bachelor’s degree. He later enrolled in Christ for the Nations Institute, graduating from the Pastoral School with a license to preach in May 2006. Bishop Tull has been spreading the message of Jesus Christ from coast to coast, California to New York, and as far as India ever since.

Co-Founder and CFO David Akina has a long history of service and accomplishments in the area of finance and Senior Management. Extensive knowledge in the roles of President, CEO, Vice President, and CFO. Accomplished Veteran with 6 years of service in the Army and a master’s degree from Stanford University.
Experienced in the establishment of short and long-term goals, presiding over the workforce, managing budgets, ensuring the proper allocation of resources, and ensuring all departments meet their goals. Handle accounting, and budgets, financial analysis, and reporting to the proper government entities. Responsible for all financials, general ledger, closings, financial reporting, benefits, payroll system, and tax reporting. Prepared annual budget and supervised annual audits, experienced in the areas of training, employee supervision, development, and hiring/ firing of staff. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including solid Excel, and ERP software


Our Mission
The Faith Network prevents homelessness, imprisonment, joblessness, drug abuse, and sex trafficking by providing a bridge for young men leaving foster care to become independent adults.




The Faith Network intends to build a network to include churches, ministries, the Department of Family and Protective Services, like-minded nonprofit organizations, individuals, small businesses, Social Services Representatives, and corporations designed to offer much-needed services such as housing, food, education, training, and development to young men leaving the foster care system.
